ONLINE ESTIMATES – All estimates given over the phone or through the online forms are not guaranteed, until after a visual inspection of the house to be moved has been completed. This ensures that you get the exact services that you need. Flat rates are only guaranteed for long-distance relocations.

COST of SERVICES – The cost of each move is based on the information that you give us. If there are stairs or elevators, parking issues or a protracted transportation time, this will affect the entire time of the service.

ORDER MINIMUMS – We reserve the jobs with 3 hours minimum requirement on most sub-peak days. 4 Hours are required on Saturday mornings, certain remote cities, and certain peak-days.

DOUBLE THE DRIVING TIME –We charge double driving time between the pickup and drop off location. This is required because we are licensed and insured by the State of California, through the California Public Utilities Commission. If you are interested in learning more about why this is the case, you can read about the Maximum Rate Tariff on the CPUC’s website. When the driving distance is minuscule we drop it.
